<p>Dr. Griffin graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1998 with a DDS degree and began solo practice in Mississippi&nbsp;&nbsp;in 1999.&nbsp;&nbsp;By 2003 he received a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry at the age of 29, and became the youngest person from Mississippi ever to receive the FAGD award at that time.&nbsp;&nbsp;During this pursuit Dr. Griffin acquired many different general dental skills, like&nbsp;&nbsp;sedation and orthodontics, and brought them to his hometown community of Ripley.&nbsp;</p><p>In 2008 Dr. Griffin founded the Capacity Academy to help other dentists learn the most efficient ways perform dental procedures, focusing on general dentistry.&nbsp;&nbsp;Dentists from all over the United States and Canada have traveled to Ripley to observe and learn his techniques and improve their own patient delivery systems.&nbsp;&nbsp;In Dr. Griffin&rsquo;s opinion greater efficiency allows the general dentist to produce more dentistry and take more time off.&nbsp;&nbsp;One of his greatest joys in life is spending time with his wife and 3 children, and he wants all dentists to have the freedom to spend as much time as possible with their families.</p><p>Dr. Griffin&rsquo;s many extracurricular activities include the charity, Dentistry With a Heart, coaching and sponsoring multiple little league sports, and serving as an officer in the Mississippi Academy of General Dentistry.&nbsp;&nbsp;In 2010 Dr. Griffin was honored with the Humanitarian of the Year Award by his peers at the Mississippi Dental Association for his community and charitable efforts.</p><p>Dr. Griffin still practices solo in Ripley and can be reached at&nbsp;<span style="text-decoration: underline;">chrisgriffin@thecapacityacademy.com</span>.</p><p>Learn more at <a href="http://www.TheCapacityAcademy.com">http://www.TheCapacityAcademy.com</a></p>
