When you take a vacation often times the hardest thing to decide is where to go.  There are many variables in this decision including staying in the country, going out of, the amount of money that you want to spend and how many people are going to be going with you.  

Each one of these things is a major component as to your vacation.  Once you’ve decided where you’re going to visit, the next major element comes into play:  where are you’re going to stay.  It can be a tough decisions, especially if there are many friends and family going with you.  Hotels can be expensive and less then convenient for those that are visiting for any length of time. 

Just like chartering a private jet may be more cost efficient (I’ve checked into this.  Often times it’s a better value rent a jet, the to purchase a large number of tickets), so to may doing a time share.

Rent And Buy Time Shares

When you go on vacation you may decide to rent a time share.  It’s a good option especially if you’re going to be spending a lot of time there.  It’s also a good option if you’re going to be staying at the beach or near a mountain resort.  

Time shares give you the option of being at home while away from home.  But there’s more to the option then renting a time share, you can also own one.  Consider how valuable time shares are if you’re a snowbird.  I love snowbirds, those that don’t like the heat, but have a home in Palm Springs and then go to Portland.  Or maybe you’re one that doesn’t like the snow, so you go to California in the winter.  If this is you, then it might be a good option for you to rent out your home as a time share situation and make money while you’re in your second home.

Time To Share!

For most people it’s not practical to be able to own a home in all of the beautiful vacation spots of the world.  That’s where time shares are more then a valuable asset.  Consider if you want to visit Hawaii one year and Cancun the next and then for the winter want to go to Florida.  Yes there are people that travel that much and you may just be one of them.  

Wouldn’t it be nice if you didn’t have to worry about finding a hotel room, or cleaning up afterwards?  That’s part of the wonderful luxury that comes with using time share property’s as an option.  You get to rent a home away from home, and never have to worry about a thing.
