It’s Time For A Change!

As we grow, we change and part of that means that we may not be able to continue on the same path that we once did.  This can be anything from the career that we’ve been in to the marriage that we know isn’t a good and healthy thing for us.  What that in turn means is that we are going to change and do different things.  What it also means is that sometimes we just need a do-over.  Not just in us, but in our jobs.  

When this occurs, it’s time for us to recreate ourselves and follow our new interests.  Consider the following ways that you can have that do-over.  Some of them may surprise you, some may not.  But hopefully all will provoke you to thought, and that’s ultimately the goal!

Recreating Yourself In A New Career

The two things that you need to think about when you’re going to recreate yourself are your interest and the type of lifestyle that you’re going to want to lead.  The reasons are simple: If you want to own Mcdonald’s restaurants it’s going to be a good idea to go work at one so you truly know them from the ground up.  Not only that, if you want to live in a mansion, you’re going to need to know how many Mcdonald’s you’re going to need to own in order to do just that. 

If however you’re not interested in just buying the house, but what to become another Donald Trump, them becoming a real estate mogul may be something more to your liking.  Consider the fact that with real estate, you have an unlimited amount of income that needs you have the opportunity to list on the market and then turn around and sell.  Consider also, that true moguls won’t just become real estate agents, they will form their own company and then have others work for them.

A quick example of this found with Denver Real Estate Moguls.  They are a real estate company grounded in Denver and their real estate.  They are also moguls, because of the amount of time they’ve been in business, the number of people they teach to be real estate agents, and lastly the number of people that go through their schools in order to buy their own house and become an expert in the field.  

Remember that house that’s to the left on this screen, that’s one of their property’s.  If you’re interested in owning a home that’s beautiful and functional such as that one, then becoming a real estate mogul may just be the ticket for recreating yourself. 

New You

Once you’ve decided what that new career is going to be, the next step is to inventory yourself.  If there are things that you need to change, you might want to look at doing that before you start you new career.  For example, do you need a new haircut, to learn to put on makeup or perhaps you want to lose weight so that you’ll feel better about yourself when you meet with clients.

Perhaps what you need to do-over is your self worth.  Maybe it’s a job that you always wanted to do, but you haven’t felt good enough about yourself.  In this case, you might want to go to a counselor and learn how to care enough about yourself to be able to follow your dreams and get what you really are after. 

Another thing to consider redoing if you’re looking at being a real estate mogul is your vehicle.  If you’re going to be driving clients around, a vehicle that breaks down or looks as though it’s been in a demolish derby competition, probably isn’t going to be a good selection.  I’m not saying to go out and buy a Rolls Royce, but something like an Infinity, BMW or Mercedes might be something to look at. 

These are just some of the things that you might want to reevaluate where your life is concerned when you’re looking at creating a new career and a new you.
