At first, I was attracted by this coffee table with an antique style. I like the shape of the tabletop. When you look at it seriously, it is not rectangular in shape and the edges are not rounded. I also love the table legs design. It adds a touch of vivid with unique designs.

However, I didn’t pick it in the end. The main reason is that it looks odd in my study room which is decorated with a contemporary theme. Secondly, I wish to find one with a storage shelf so I can place my favorite Chinese tea leaves and a few books that I plan to read recently.

My existing coffee table in the living room is an oval shape. Thus, I was sourcing the oval table and take the following models into consideration. They are feature marble surfaces so they are cool whenever you touch the tabletop.

I did take this model into consideration because it comes with the bottom shelf and also coordinates my study room decor. Furthermore, there are buyers who commend that this cocktail table is very durable on top of its nice looking.

But, I didn’t proceed to buy this unit based on 3 reasons. Firstly, I don’t think it could match my brown color Chinese tea set. Secondly, I wish to have more space between the tabletop and bottom shelf so that I can take and put back the bottle which fills with tea leaves easily. Last but not least, this table wide is a little bigger than I required.
