No problem and to tell you the truth there are some things you need to know about melting chocolate.
So without further ado, here is one of the most basic chocolate fondue recipes I know of. But don’t turn your nose up at it because it’s easy. Simple is often delicious and this is the recipe we use around our house most of the time.
One bag of chocolate chips, milk chocolate, semi-sweet or dark 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Pour all ingredients into a microwavable bowl and heat on medium setting until chocolate is melted. Pull it out and stir it at least half way thru. (Total cook time will be about 2 minutes)
Stir until smooth. Heat a little more if necessary but be careful not to burn it.
Yummy, Yummy, Yummy
If you heat this on the stove be sure to use a double boiler because otherwise it is very EASY to burn your chocolate!
