Bosch Mixer Reviews | Compact Mixer and Universial Mixer

There are some fantastic mixers available today and Bosch has become popular, hence I have done some research on Bosch mixer reviews in the hopes that the information helps others with their purchase decision.

Bosch has two different mixers and we’ll take a look at all three of them in the review.

Bosch Mixer Reviews | Universal Mixer and the Compact Mixer

Although you have three types of purchasing options, there really only two different mixers.

The first two are the Universial Mixer which is your higher end mixer. The middle option comes with the cookie paddles and the bowl scraper. You will definately want the cookie paddles which you can purchase seperately at another time if you like.

The Bosch Compact mixer is not as expensive, as it is smaller than the Universal.

Bosch Universal Mixer Reviews

The design of Bosch is that the mixing hook, dough paddles or wisks move is such a way that it covers every area of the mixing bowl. This provides a better, smoother consistancy in your batter or dough.

What people like about the Bosch Universal Mixer
Pros:
* Works so incredibly well!
* Powerful motor.
* Easy to clean
* The suction cups on the bottom hold the mixer in place
* It mixes the batter to perfection
Cons:
* It’s pricey for some (although those who own one believe that it’s are well worth the money)

Bosch Compact Mixer Reviews

The Bosch Compact Mixer is the smaller and less expensive of the two.

What people like about the Bosch Compact Mixer:

Pros
* Very powerful and easy to use.
* Easy to clean (put the components in the dishwasher except the bowl and stand).
* Small – it doesn’t take up counter space like the large mixers do. It’s about the size of a basketball.
* The special mixing pattern of the machine means you don’t have to scrape down the side of the bowl
Cons:
* Not as powerful as the larger unit
* Can’t make as large a batch of bread, etc
* Doesn’t do tiny, tiny jobs
