Quick and Easy Dish Recipe

With so many people working long hours at their jobs and than having to come home and make supper for the family before the career individual can sit down and relax for themselves. On weekends, who wants to make a big supper, or retire people where there is only one or older couple. Granted people with health issues knows what they can have and what they cannot have. Know their limitations on how much they can eat.

When my husband and I first got together forty year’s ago, his first date he taken me to was to his sister’s home. She was making spaghetti. I helped her to prepare the spaghetti and set the table. When her sister asked us all to sit down and brought the dinner to the table and told us dig in, expression she would say. I could not eat her spaghetti after what I saw what crawled in it. I did not want to be disrespectful so I did say anything until my husband and I were ready to leave for him to take me home. A cockroach crawled in the spaghetti as she was preparing it but she reached her hand into the hot water and removed the roach. I just lost my appetite. He was kinda upset with me but understood my position that her sister put me which was wrong so he apologized to me. No problem, we just never went back to her house when she offered us to dinner.
Since our first date dinner we had together, I prepared Spaghetti Casserole every year on our Anniversary, which in a few months we be married for 28 year’s but lived together for twelves year’s before we tied the knot to be husband and wife, equals up to 40 year’s but I knew my husband since we were kids, I was 10 and he was 12 at that age either one of did not know what love was and not interesting each other in that way.
I made our Spaghetti different way now, I make it into a Casserole.
