Even a techno phobic can use these blogging platforms.  However maintaining a blog for the long haul is a bit more difficult. A blog must have qualities like, enthusiasm, creativity, and, of course, spare time.

            Many people who tried writing blogs initially had high passions. But after some time, they began to neglect their blogs until they finally died. Only a few bloggers maintain large numbers of subscribers

Make It interesting

Individuals who want to write blogs choose topics that are of interest to people. You should write about things you know and love. Never write about something that you don’t like. Make sure that you choose a topic that you’re interested in and forget about those that you don’t like, even though it may be a subject that generates more traffic. If you’re passionate about the topic write a blog about it. 

Be Creative

Creativity is very important in maintaining successful blogs, so be creative! Once you’ve posted an idea don’t just repeat it all over again. If you want to gain the loyalty of your subscribers, you must always be original. This way, your subscribers will stay on the blogs you make.

Dig Deeper

When you’re writing a blog, make sure that you use insight. If something you’re about to write was written by other bloggers stop!  Instead, try to use a new and better idea or insight. You may want to choose another topic instead. Another way to improve your blogging skills is to read the blogs of others.

Remember your readers

Always consider your readers. Your blogs are like featured columns and so you must update regularly. Add new posts on a regular basis or you will be forgotten. If you can’t write new posts inform your readers.

            Socialize with your readers. You can encourage them to take an active part in your blog by asking questions and adding polls. Most readers will be glad to add personal comments.
